Where reasonably practicable, StartHere seeks to select service providers and service configurations appropriate for business use and to consider their privacy, security, confidentiality, and data-use practices.
However, StartHere does not represent or warrant that a third-party provider will never retain, analyze, use, disclose, or otherwise process information except where StartHere has expressly made such a commitment based on applicable contractual protections.

Third-party providers used to operate StartHere may process information provided to them in accordance with their applicable agreements, policies, configurations, and legal obligations.
StartHere will not knowingly represent that a third-party provider is prohibited from using information for a particular purpose unless StartHere has a reasonable basis for that representation.
If StartHere later offers a feature or service under which specific data-use restrictions are contractually guaranteed, StartHere may provide additional terms or disclosures describing those protections.
10. No Sale of Lead Data
StartHere does not sell identifiable Lead Data to data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
StartHere does not disclose one Customer's identifiable Lead Data to another Customer for that other Customer's independent marketing purposes.
StartHere does not use identifiable Lead Data for StartHere's own cross-context behavioral advertising.
Privacy laws in some jurisdictions define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than ordinary usage.
If StartHere engages in processing that legally constitutes a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising subject to an opt-out right, StartHere will provide any notice and mechanism required by applicable law.
11. Marketing Website Analytics and Advertising
StartHere may use analytics, attribution, or advertising technologies on www.starthere.proto understand website usage and measure the effectiveness of StartHere's own marketing.
These technologies may collect information such as:

- booking systems;
- messaging platforms;
- websites;
- advertising attribution services;
- analytics platforms;
- automation platforms; and

Automated systems may:
- interpret messages;
- respond to messages;

- recommend actions; and
- facilitate workflows.
StartHere is not designed to be the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual, such as decisions concerning employment, housing, lending, credit, insurance, healthcare, or similar significant opportunities.
Customers are responsible for complying with laws governing automated decision-making applicable to their use of StartHere.

Retention is generally determined using the following criteria:
Lead Data and Conversation Information

Security and Technical Logs
We retain technical and security information for periods reasonably necessary to diagnose issues, detect abuse, investigate incidents, maintain security, and operate StartHere.

They may apply to certain marketing-site technologies where required by law.

Nothing in this section is intended to state that StartHere is subject to the CCPA where its statutory applicability requirements are not satisfied.
29. Other U.S. Privacy Laws
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under comprehensive state privacy laws where those laws apply.
StartHere will comply with legally applicable rights and obligations based on factors including:
- the jurisdiction;

We may process information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
When StartHere processes Customer-controlled Lead Data as a processor, the applicable Customer is generally responsible for establishing the lawful basis for that processing.
Individuals in applicable jurisdictions may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority.
31. International Data Transfers
StartHere is operated from the United States.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where StartHere or its service providers operate.
These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in an individual's home jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires a particular safeguard for an international transfer, StartHere will implement or support an appropriate transfer mechanism when required.
32. Children
StartHere is a general business service and is not directed to children under 13.
StartHere does not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

If StartHere learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances in which legally required parental authorization was not obtained, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law, which may include deletion of the information.
If you believe a child has improperly provided personal information through StartHere, contact: alant.noble@gmail.com
33. Third-Party Websites and Services
StartHere may contain links to or integrate with websites, products, and services operated by third parties.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information directly to them.
34. Customer Privacy Notices
A Customer may have its own privacy policy governing how that Customer uses information received through StartHere.
When an End User interacts with a Customer through StartHere, both this Privacy Policy and the Customer's applicable privacy disclosures may be relevant.
StartHere is not responsible for a Customer's independent use of personal information after that information has been provided to or accessed by the Customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their privacy notices accurately describe their use of information received through StartHere.
35. Data Processing Agreements

This Privacy Policy does not replace a DPA where applicable law requires a separate controller-processor contract.
36. Changes to Our Data Practices
StartHere may evolve over time.
If we materially change how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
If applicable law requires consent before StartHere materially expands the use of previously collected personal information, we will seek the required consent rather than relying solely on a retroactive change to this Privacy Policy.
